She is a tiger, who gets rescued. Mohini is put inside a 10 ft by 10 ft cage. She paces with grace inside the cage, wishing for a bigger greener pasture to tred on.
And a huge expanse of green she gets, as she gets spotted by a forest officer after 5 years. As she gets in the big open green pasture, she withdraws, she searches for and finds a little corner, where she spends the rest of her life. She kept pacing graciously the 10 ft by 10 ft patch, all her life. Se never ventured out.
Many of us are spending our lives, walking on the 10 by 10 stretch. Many of us are tied to our own imaginary chains of slavery.
