We all have anger issues in our own ways. We all face consequences with them. Ones that later take us to that bothering spot.

This small hack came to me, and it works. The hack is to take up the responsibility of keeping others calm.

When you convince yourself to do that you hit a lot of the anger issues out of the park. Your new assumed role keeps you busy in the midst of an invitation to get angry.
