Machine requires a system, it delivers a standardized output.
Customer management can be a process in terns of guidelines of dos and don’ts but is cannot be a system. Every customer is different, how can you have a standardized output to fit all? Just because you want to measure please don’t call it a system.
Similarly PMS. How can performance be a system? Especially when the world is talking about individualistic learning needs?
